Every Wednesday from June 17th to August 5th (8 Sessions)
Come learn new ways to train your hand-eye coordination this summer.
We will cover juggling, throw & catch drills, reaction drills, peripheral drills…
how to warm up before games….
Solo drills, partner drills…
Each week will build on the last, so by the end of summer you will have improved coordination, reactions, and a number of drills you can do on your own during the season.
You will be challenged and you will have fun!!
